Policies and Terms of Sale
DELIVERY TIME: We do not ship on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) so please allow for this when ordering. We ship every day Monday - Friday except for Holidays. The shipping time depends on the item purchased. Please review that in the listing detail. Typically, it's within 24-48 hours.
COMBINED SHIPPING: We will combine shipping costs upon request if eBay has not already done so. PLEASE email us through eBay for the combined rate prior to making payment. Orders are processed FAST. If an item has already been dispatched we will not be able to combine shipping.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS: We only ship to the continental United States. We do not ship Internationally and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO boxes.
COMMUNICATION: We strive to have great feedback but more importantly to give GREAT customer service. To protect us both, we do 99.9% of our communication via eBay messaging system. This logs and tracks all request. We will notify buyer via email when the order is processed to ship. If you need to phone us, please call 317-641-0101. We do our best to get to every call, but if we don't answer PLEASE leave a message.
RETURN POLICY: ALL orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Therefore no order can be canceled without incurring a 20% restocking fee. We have a very large warehouse operation and items are pulled, packed and shipped once you place your order.
Once you receive your item, unless the item is defective upon receipt, returning you item will result in a 20% restocking fee.
ALL returns will need an RMA# prior to returning to us. Please notify us of the problem and reason for needing to return the purchase and we will issue an RMA#. Returned items without and RMA# will NOT BE CREDITED.
All returns must be in re-saleable condition, undamaged, and MUST include all original items including manuals, warranty forms, original packing materials instructions etc. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for return shipments. All returns should be sent to:

DAMAGED SHIPMENT: If you find your item has been damaged in shipment, do NOT accept it when delivered! Also do not accept the item if the package is open or damaged. If you find damage to the item inside the box but after receiving the item, PLEASE contact us and let us help rectify the problem.
