18" composition IDEAL doll GINGER face mold, probably a Pigtail Sally. Marked with a 18" on her back. Her clothes are not original but the wig and the pigtails are. Great Facial features, clear eyes, good lashes, great wig. She has a couple of condition issues that I have pictured. Her arm had a fracture at the elbow. Seems sturdy. Achipped pinky & a chip in her heel as well.  So many of these girls get mistaken for Shirley Temple dolls. I'm not sure why. Ginger is a well documented doll and is in the Ideal books. It's easy to tell the difference. Shirley has dimples, one on each side. Ginger has one dimple in the chin. Ginger was used in the Cinderella dolls, Pigtail sally and often a Larger one shows up in Shirley's Dancing dress ( like that from the factory) Cutest  VINTAGE made creme and red corduroy skater outfit. Dress, cap, and panties along with Vintage ice skates. Clothes on this doll are in very nice shape. I photograph my items well & the pictures represent both the description & the condition of the item.
