While living in his Volkswagen Bus and only the task of riding a bike on his to-do list, Nick Martin began a simple mission: Sell all of his worldly possessions on eBay.
Minus his bike and his bus, Nick sold everything.
Fast forward 8 years to today and we present to you, The Pros Closet. Located in Boulder Colorado, The Pro’s Closet has become the nation’s premier eBay store specializing in reselling new and used cycling gear.
If you are looking to sell your bike, components, clothing or accessories, we are here to help! We cater to clients both locally and nationwide offering pickups, consultations, expert advice and more. We are an avenue for anyone, (athletes, teams, shops, reps, companies, you) to free up space and put your unused product in the hands of people who will give it a second life.

OUR PROCESS
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 day of payment (excluding Saturday/Sunday).
Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction.
Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges.
We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order at the time of shipment
LOCAL PICK UPS
FREE local pick-up.
Our hours: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 11am-4pm, closed Sunday.
Please don't pay until you get here to avoid the item being shipped out.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
We ship via FedEx and USPS daily and email tracking information upon shipping.
Any item over $250 will be shipped with a required Signature Confirmation.
Domestic shipping prices are for the continental 48 states. AK and HI are subject to additional shipping charges, please contact us before bidding in you live in either of these areas.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders will be processed via USPS International. APO/FPO shipments will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
COMBINED SHIPPING
To utilize our combined shipping, continue shopping until you are done bidding (within 4 days of your first purchase).
When you are finished shopping email us to request a combined invoice.
Combined shipping within the US and Canada is $3 per additional item.
Combined international shipping is $5 for each additional item.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the ending auction.
If payment is not received within 7 days, an unpaid item case will be filed through eBay.

RETURN POLICY
Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving the item.
All items must be 100% unused, undamaged, clean, with all packaging intact, and in new sellable condition.
There is a 10% restocking fee for items returned that are not fault of The Pros Closet. Upon receipt of the product, we will refund your payment in full.
We have done our best to accurately and faithfully describe each item. If you receive an item that is "not as described", please use our “return authorization form” which was included with your packng slip, this must accompany all returns to effieciently process your order.
