Card is from a pack, IF it's an auto card, it's an ON card auto as all BW cards are !

IF my scan is DARK, Out of Focus or Doesn't look right, it's the scanner, the card is FINE !

CONDITION OF CARD:

ALL of my cards are in NM-MT condition, right out of packs! IF you cannot see something, clearly, please feel free to email me and ask. I do not rescan cards as my time doesn't allow it, but I will answer questions should you have one. IF a card is NOT in nm-MT condition, I will NOT sell it on ebay !

COMBINING ITEMS INVOICE:

I will send ALL combined invoices when ALL my auctions close each and every Saturday. U will get your invoice after 6pm pst, PLEASE be patient and PLEASE do not email me for your combined invoice, I will send it to you w/the COMBINED shipping discount.  IF you pay before I send it, ebay will NOT adjust the shipping to your discounted amount, so PLEASE wait for the invoice.

PAYMENT:

PLEASE make payment within 3-5 days of end of auction. I accept Paypal + . IF you have a question about the payment, please feel free to email me.

Domestic shipping:
Due to the new ebay TR seller requirements, I will be shipping within 24 hours after you pay, except on the weekends, if U pay on Sat/sunday, I ship Monday, IF U pay on Friday's after noon pst, I will ship out on Monday.
I ship cards using USPS via first class, therefore it could take 2 to 10 days for your item to be delivered depending on where you life as I'm in Southern California.

Tracking / Delivery Confirmation is included in the purchase price. 

Every package I ship has: bubble envelope, popcorn, Top loader for EACH card/item !! ALL cost ME money, so PLEASE understand why I charge what I charge for postage.

ANY order over $250 w/shipping, I send via Signature Confirmation and it will add $ 2 to the shipping charge as Paypal requires a signature to prove delivery.

COMBINING ITEMS COST IN THE USA:

I DO combine ! 2.50 for the 1st card and .50 for each additional card

UNLESS:

it's a booklet/ 130pt thick card, then it's $.75 additional

for cards 180pt/famous fabrics/graded cards/cards in magnetic holders from manufacturer, then it's $1.00 additional. NO maximum for combining items.

MY REAL COSTS TO SHIP:

Aside from the NORMAL postage fees from the post office, I also spend money on a Bubble envelope, Popcorn, plastic top loader/s, tape, label, printing ink (i use all of these on every package I ship) AND I pay a nice girl $12 an hour to help me expidite my mail SO YOU get it faster. PLEASE understand I AM NOT making money on postage so my postage charge is VERY reasonable and I strive to be a 5 star DSR Shipper.

ALSO !! THE COST OF TOP-LOADERS/ALL PLASTICS WENT UP 20% A FEW MONTHS AGO AND I HAVE NOT RAISED MY S/H CHARGES ! SO BE KIND WHEN LEAVING YOUR DSR'S.

Shipping to Canada:

Sames rules as below for international, HOWEVER, charge for shipping to Canada is .. $ 4.00 for 1st card, .50 for each additional card, Unless it's a 120+ pt thick card or thicker, then it's $1 additional, NO Maximum for combining items.

International shipping:
I am happy to get your item to the post office within 48 hours after your payment has cleared.
I ship products using USPS using international 1st class mail, therefore International shipping can take up to 30 days for your item to be delivered.
Please, be aware of your local customs office for details on how you can claim items if your package has been delayed longer than 15 days above normal delivery time.
Insurance and tracking is included in the purchase price to ensure your item gets to you safely.

Every package I send international is a Bubble Envelope & top loader to insure it's safe delivery.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS, ANY PACKAGE THAT WEIGHS OVER 4 LBS, THE MINIMUM PRICE FOR POSTAGE WILL BE $45 DUE TO THE CHARGES FROM THE POST OFFICE, PACAKGING ETC.. ALSO, ANY ORDERS TOTALING $150 OR MORE, I WILL ONLY SEND WITH REGISTERED MAIL AT BUYERS EXPENSE FOR THE REGISTERED MAIL !

Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country. All shipments being sent to and from a country must clear customs first. ALL international packages can be delayed up from 1 week to 6 weeks due to customs, I cannot be held responsible for any custom's delay.

Returns / Refunds:

Due to the NEW ebay policy I have to offer refunds on ALL items. IF U want to return a BW card, PLEASE email me 1st. I have a 14 day return policy for exchange or refund of funds. There is a 50% restocking fee for any returns on BW cards in accordance to the new ebay policy. EVERY card is described perfectly.

 

COMMUNICATION:

Please email ME your questions and concerns through the eBay messaging system. I check email frequently Every Day. If you do not receive a response to your question within 48 hours - it's possible it got lost in Email outerspace. It does happen.

 

Feedback:
I am happy to leave feedback for my customers after payment is received & shipped. I include the ship date with your feedback, so U will know when the item was shipped. I would appreciate that once you receive your item, you also leave me feedback and 5's on ALL the DSR ratings.

5 - Shipping charges are reasonable for the packaging and service provided.   This includes discounted shipping and COMBINED shipping ! There is a COST to every item being shipped

and IF U win 5 items, there is a COST to all toploaders, weight to package, so a 5 DSR is a no brainer.

4 - Shipping charges are reasonable. Seller complied with the terms of the auctions, item was shipped by the method stated and item was packaged commensurate with the item being shipped.

1-3- Shipping charges are high AND the packaging and service is below what is to be expected. Item was received undamaged but because of packaging, there was a strong potential for the item to be damaged.  Item was shipped via a cheaper method than was stated in the auction.  I DO NOT DO THIS, MY PRICES ON S/H ARE NOT HIGH AND I ALWAYS PROVIDE THE SERVICE I ADVERTISE.   NEVER do I deserve a 1-3 on DSR's !

SAVING ON COMBINED SHIPPING ! I offer COMBINED shipping on ALL CARDS ! IF U win 5 cards, shipping is NOT $15, it's $4.50 ! that's a $10+ savings, so that is a 5 DSR rating, if you win 8 items, shipping is NOT $20, it's $ $6.00, again 5 STARS !
