Delivery & Returns

Small item Royal Mail Delivery:

Items Sent via Royal Mail 2nd class or 1st Class are dispatched within 24hrs of order placed, or next working day if placed at the weekend. On next day delivery (Monday - Friday). Items ordered before 12noon will be dispatched the same working day. Items ordered after 12noon will be dispatched the next working day. 24hr Courier Deliveries take place between 7.30am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, and we are unable to give a specific delivery time. If no one is home when delivery is attempted the courier will leave a calling card for you to rearrange delivery. If delivery is not rearranged and the item is returned to us, you, the customer, are responsible for the redelivery fee should you still want the item. If you would like the tracking number for your item please contact us through the eBay messaging system. The courier may contact the customer directly with text and/or e-mail updates so please make sure the phone number and/or e-mail address stored in your ebay account information is up to date.

Delivery address:

Before you purchase please make sure your delivery address is complete and up to date. Please note we can only ship items to the delivery address associated with your eBay account and you are bound by ebay's policies to ensure your address details are correct and up to date.

Collections:

If you would like to collect an item you have ordered or purchased then please let us know by either sending us a message through eBay or contacting us by phone or email. Our warehouse is open for collections Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.

Standard returns:

Items must be returned to us in a fully resalable condition, which means unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled or used. Aqua Koi Group Ltd reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed as not resalable. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and a note must be included stating your eBay user ID and reason for return. We recommend you return goods to us using our own Freepost address included with every order. We cannot be held responsible for missing goods or items damaged in transit. If you prefer we can also arrange for returns to be collected by our courier, but please be aware we are not responsible for return postage costs, which must be met by you, the customer.

Damaged or faulty goods:

Our products are of the highest quality and sold in good faith, but in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your item, or you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. It is important that you inspect your item and are happy with it before assembly or use, as we are unable to accept returns for faulty items that have been assembled or used.
