shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please
check your country's customs office to determine what these additional

Tracking number:
Will be available on the same or next business day after your package
is shipped out. The tracking number should automatically be provided to
you via e-mail. Please contact us if you haven't received an email with
your tracking information.
Refused or unclaimed merchandise:
Customers will incur additional charges if an unclaimed or refused
package is sent back to our facility. Customers are responsible for
additional shipping fees to reship the package.
Address Change:
Please do not ask to change addresses. We will ship to either the
address saved on eBay or PayPal at the time of purchase. Please verify
your address before buying.
All items must be returned unused, undamaged, unworn, in resellable and original condition, with all original packaging including cases, manuals, and warranty forms. Incomplete returns, or used products not in new condition will be assessed additional restocking fees depending on condition and our ability to remarket the returned product. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. All returned items are inspected upon receipt. New shipments are mailed out within 7 days of receiving returned merchandise. Prescription lenses are not refundable.
We will only pay the return shipping costs if it is our error. Items must be received by us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns should be sent with a trackable shipping method. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
All damage claims must
be reported within 72hrs of delivery otherwise return shipping will not
be covered. All Damaged Items will be replaced unless the product is no
longer available. Refund Requests for damaged items will be charged 10%
restocking fee.
Store Credit / Exchanges:
Save on restocking fees: Eye District accepts exchanges and offers a
Store Credit as long as Return policy guidelines are met. There is never
a restocking fee for exchanges. We do not provide shipping fees for
exchanges. You can either send a prepaid label with your return or we
can invoice you for the shipping fees.
