This is a clean slightly used Farberware FPC400 programmable electric 1200 watt pressure cooker---chrome metal and black plastic---cast aluminum pot is removable for cleaning---plastic cover over controls has rubbed spots---made in China---no book or directions and I have never used an electric pressure cooker--it heats great, the lid locks on right, and there is a good seal so I would say it is a great machine if you know how to run the controls
