It has a 15 VDC output and is for recharging lead acid rechargeable batteries only. This item was obtained in an inventory buyout lot and is found in inventory item. It is likely an open box or customer return item. It is in perfect cosmetic and mechanical condition and the voltage output is correct. These are very difficult to find so don’t miss this one.
