2. No returns will be accepted without a returns number so please contact us to request this prior to returning the goods.

3. Once the item has been received back and inspected, a full refund for the item will be issued back to you providing the bow is in new retail condition.

4. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please email us quoting your order number, name & details of the product with the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
