When these were made, Tama was the best...now Tama kinda sucks, unless you buy the very top of the line.
These 80s drums are considered pro level these days because of their great tonal qualities and tuning range. Like them tuned high ?...they sound great...Like them tuned low?...they sound great ! Like 'em in the middle...they sound great !
These are great for metal heads, Loud blues bands, and rock bands. They look sharp and sound great !
Are you a itty bitty hitty drummer?...These are not for you. These are rock drums...Stay away from these.
Before Jungle drums were the rage, I put leg mounts on the floor tom to use in practice sessions. Good option to have. You could have two kits in one (so to speak).
This was always my "go to kit" but now I got old (how did that happen ?) and though not ridiculously heavy, is not as light as I want to go.
These drums have backed up Bo Diddly, recorded on the famous Breeders demos, been played with Rick Danko from "The Band", recorded and played live with Mark Sandman from "Morphine, "Leigh Harris (Little Queenie) and been at New Orleans Jazz Fest, Tippitina's In New Orleans, New Orleans French Quarter 6 nights a week plus other crap I'm not telling you about.

Are you local ? Why are you not already "Buying It Now" ? Great price, Great drums...what more do you want outta life??? Are you excited ?...I am !
Buy it now before I strip it down and part it out, making twice/three times  the money on it...I hate to do that to this great kit that has served me well. Have you looked at the photos ?...These are great looking and I have never even cleaned them in 30 years but WHY...They always looked great  ! Always oiled moving parts when changing a head and also oiled everything  that had threads...once a year ! No sign of anything rough or stripping.
Adopt these and keep 'em rocking ! I know you will at this price for classic premium vintage Tama drums.
