Condition Description:
This vintage Patek Philippe from the late 1940’s is still in great shape.
Case Condition: Good. The case is mostly in great shape except for the case-back. The case-back has a large, subtle indentation. It also has several very small indentations.
Bezel Condition: Great. A few very faint scratches on the gold surrounding the crystal.
Crystal Condition: Good. There is one tiny crack in the crystal near 6 o’clock. The crack is on the interior of the crystal and cannot be felt from the exterior even with a fingernail. It is difficult to notice with the naked eye but can indeed be seen without magnification.
Band Condition: New. The aftermarket lizard skin band is brand new and unused.
Clasp Condition: New. The clasp goes with the band and is also brand new.
Movement Condition: Good. The watch runs well and keeps accurate time. The hour hand, however, does not line up perfectly with each number when the minute hand is at the 12 position. This does not affect one’s ability to read the watch.
