DESCRIPTION:

I’m offering today a Beautiful Lalique Art Glass Owl Figurine with Mahogony Wooden Base in AS IS condition.

This wonderful piece of Art Glass was created by Lalique of France.  The majestic frosted owl is sitting perched on a crystal clear stand base with intricate detailing to the creation.  His large eyes are peering at you with fine lines defining the round inset areas which are so well known with this creature.

His body is thick frosted crystal.   When the light hits this creature he illuminates beautifully.  Sadly, before I got ready to list, I dropped the little owl and caused a few flea bites around the clear edge base and one around the top of the ear.  The mahogany wooden base hides the base flea bites and the ear area is not that bad.  I know a glass polisher can correct these blemishes, but here in the small country town where I live we have no access to anyone with this expertise.

The owl is signed "Lalique France" under the tail on the crystal base.  I've taken photos for your review and will be offering him up at a fraction of what he cost me.  My carelessness will be the lucky winners gain.  Good luck!

SIZE:

This Lalique France Frosted Crystal Owl measures approximately 3-5/8" tall by 1-3/4" wide.

CONDITION:

I have explained the misfortune of dropping the Lalique piece prior to listing above.  He does have flea bites around the edge of the clear base and nick on top of one ear.  The mahogony wooden base hides the base flea bites.  He still displays beautifully.  Please view complete set of photos for thorough description.

Because I never touch up or in any way modify images of my items, unless the item is in some way damaged in transport, I guarantee each piece I sell will be delivered in the same condition in which it was photographed.

CONDITION OF SALE/RETURN POLICY:

All items are sold as is/as photographed.  Unless an item has been grossly and intentionally misrepresented in the auction description, please be aware, returns will not be accepted.  A bidder's failure to contact me with any questions and/or requests for additional photographs will not constitute grounds for returning an item.

SHIPPING:

All items will be shipped via USPS mail.  All International Shipping Fees will be sent to you at the end of auction.  The shipping fees listed are for US only.  Any Custom Fees or Taxes on your end will NOT be this Seller's responsibility. International Shipping takes longer than you or I prefer, so PLEASE don't leave negative feedback against me for the length of time it takes to get to your destination. 

PLEASE NOTE:  I live in a small town in East Texas and our post office is closed on the weekends.  If your items ends on Friday after 12:00 pm, Saturday or Sunday, it will be mailed first thing Monday morning.  I go to the Post Office Monday thru Friday.

No weekend postal service may cause a delay in quick delivery, but unfortunately this is out of my control and my hope is that each Buyer understands my situation and will not hold me responsible for the delay.

Every item I sell is carefully and thoughtfully packaged in accordance with USPS shipping standards.  For your protection and mine, it is highly recommended you purchase shipping insurance for your purchased item.  Should your item sustain damage during transport and no insurance was purchased, I will not be held responsible for said damage.

I do use recycled boxes to help with our environment.  I purchase new bubble wrap and new peanuts for safe travel.  Packing is done with the utmost care.  All jewelry items will have new boxes and mailed in bubble wrap envelopes.

FEEDBACK:

Ebay has a specific 5-Star Detailed Seller Rating section where the customer can rate the buyer on 4 different criteria.  What most Buyers don't realize is that anything below a 5-Star Rating in any of these categories can result in a listings penalty to the Seller on Ebay.
