Even without being in the great outdoors the ORTLIEB Back Roller City give city bikers greater flexibility. They can be used on both sides of front racks or as single pannier. Highly incandescent 3M Scotchlite material reflectors on the panniers’ sides give increased safety in traffic.
Note: The City Roller is sold as a single pannier bag not as a pair.
The affordable basics can be upgraded with numerous accessories. The Roller City is provided with edge protectors having slots for fixing the ORTLIEB pannier carrying system.

DPD 48/24 Express
DPD Express 48 (Other 48 Hour Courier) is our standard free delivery option for larger items which we offer to all customers throughout the UK for orders over £25.00, if you need something a bit quicker we usually offer DPD Express 24 (Other 24 Hour Courier) which will deliver your purchase the following working day. Unfortunately we cannot fulfil this service to customers located in the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or any other offshore Isle.

International Services
All our small packages up to 2 kilos are delivered by the Royal Mail and their respective counterparts the delivery country with most countries offering full traceability however international destinations which can only be supported by Royal Mail International Signed™ regretfully do not offer tracking**
Western Europe: 3–5 working days*
Rest of World: 5-7 working days*
* Please allow up to thirty working days for delivery as unfortunately we cannot launch delivery investigations the the Royal Mail for packages using this service until that time has elapsed.

Import Duties
Customers outside of the European Union are responsible for paying any applicable import duties or charges leveraged by the regional courier. Please don't ask us to falsify custom declarations.
RETURNS
We always want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us here at Scotby Cycles so recently we've taken on board customer feedback over these past few months and we've made our returns process simpler and more efficient whilst still offering a long term easy returns for peace of mind. 365 Day Return of Unwanted Item(s)
Ordered the wrong size? the item just didn't live up to expectations? No problem! as long as you have not used or fitted the item we are happy to take it back for a refund or exchange.
- Goods may be returned within 12 months (365 days) of purchase
- Full monetary refunds available on orders made within the past 30 days*
- Unfortunately we're unable to refund the cost of returning an item to us
- Goods must not be fitted or used in anyway with all tags still attached
- Return the goods in their original and undamaged (where possible) packaging
- It’s your responsibility to ensure the safe return of items
* For orders dispatched over 30 days ago we're still happy to accept returns however we don't issue monetary refunds, you will instead receive a credit towards your customer account eWallet balance which you can use against any future order with us.
