I believe this is a 1922 Model 27L Brougham.  Very rare only 50 left in whole US most of them are in museums.  Car is in good condition does need a little TLC but car is whole.  This is a very rare and amazing find.  http://www.milburn.us/index.htm this website will give you a little information on these amazing automobiles.  "The Milburn Electrics were among the most popular and elegant cars of the time and were used by President Woodrow Wilson's secret service men.
