1956 FORD Failane Sunliner Convertible

Purchased at the 2013 RM St John auction. Shortly after being purchased this car went through a 4 month complete nut and bolt frame ON restoration. Nothing was left untouched!    The car is Black and Mandarin Orange with a Black and Mandarin Orange interior. It has a 245 hp, 312 cu in engine and a three-speed Ford-O-Matic transmission. It has upgraded power disc brakes and an upgraded Holly carburetor. All the Stainless trim has been re-polished to show quality.  Some of the chrome was redone and it is all in show condition. The car also has a new windshield and new convertible top rear window.  New complete exhaust system with factory ceramic coated exhaust manifolds. New correct  Firestone tires plus many other new parts. This car was just recently won Best Restored at the 2014 Boston World of Wheels.   More pictures and info available upon request.
