How To Find The Correct Hoodie Size
We know that purchasing clothing on the internet can lead to size mismatches,
but not at Blue Banana. We aim to deliver you the perfect size every time!
In order to measure your hoodie size, you need to measure in three key areas and then compare them to the size guide above:
1. Chest � Measure around the fullest part, under the arms.
2. Hips - Measure around the widest part.
3. Shoulder To Hem � Measure down from your shoulder for a length guide.
We only accept payment through PayPal which accepts a wide range of debit and credit cards.

How long will my product take to arrive?
This item is currently in stock and we aim to ship all orders in 1 - 3 days, although most items leave our warehouse within 24 hours.
Any orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday will be despatched on the next working day (Monday).
For standard delivery, your item should arrive 2 to 4 days after you receive the e-mail stating your order has left our warehouse.
International delivery times will vary and delays can occur at Customs and Excise in your country, which are outside of our control.
How will I know my product has been sent?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your item has left our warehouse for delivery.
Please allow 15 days from the date of your order dispatch before contacting us regarding late deliveries. Blue Banana cannot be held responsible for
postage delays either in the UK or overseas.

We'll pay the cost of your return delivery and refund you in full if your return is due to our error - for example, if the item is defective or we've sent it to you incorrectly.
Otherwise, if you no longer want the item, we'll deduct the cost of delivery from your refund and will be unable to pay the postage costs of your return.
Please securely pack your item and return it using the pre-paid returns sticker provided, remembering to include your returns form detailing whether a replacement or refund is required along with your eBay user ID. For any faulty item, please include full details of the fault so we can investigate.
Please remember to obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you send your package back to us. This is important for your records and we may ask you for details of postage, without which we may not be able to process your return.
For faulty and incorrect items you will receive a full refund as soon as possible. If returning for any other reason we will refund you the full cost of the item less the postage cost incurred by the pre-paid returns label.
