"Promises" is one of those recordings that has it all going on. Keith's beautiful and brilliant voice, Wayne Hopkins' subtle acoustic bass, Tony Diavolo's sublime lead guitar, Dollar Bill's intuitive and perfect drumming, Andy Wren's solid acoustic rhythm, and Adam Burney's deft harmonica . There's also some great vocal harmonies too! To say I like this track is an understatement. Magnifico!

The flip on the other hand is a million miles away from the 'A'  which is what 'B' sides should be. Adam had a sit down during this one, and Thomas LaVelle was drafted in to bash the keys. Tony and Andy swapped over, with Andy taking over lead,while Keith belts it out, like he really is having a heart attack!
