This 1940 Ford Deluxe Coupe that is well documented since 1979 when it was transformed into a street-rod. It has been kept in pristine condition for 35 years and the historical photos  speaks for itself. 

This is an original body and is equipped with an 1969 Chevy corvette 350 engine and believed to be a 400 trans, original front end with front disc brakes and a  GM rear end with drum brakes,(Brakes are non-powered). Steering column has been changed along with an updated banjo. Steering wheel and power steering was added.  The original bench seat is present with custom interior and trims of the era. It sports Shelby rims which met all the Hot-Rod era themes. This car has been garage kept for the last 35 years, which has preserved the hand painted flames quite well and all the steel on the body. The overall paint of the car is 7 out of 10. This vehicle has only been owned by three different individuals since 1979. I am the third owner.  The odometer reading is around 10,000 miles, however it is known to be 100% accurate and makes no positive representation to the miles. This car is believed to be all original metal. The car has been to a few car shows in the past years and is very well behaved on the street. I have owned this car for the past six year and enjoyed very much, but now it’s time to pass it along. My loss is your gain!!!!
