   The second level of the Third Generation Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (E.C.W.C.S.) from Rothco is very similar to the first levels of Extended Climate Warfighter Clothing System (GEN III ECWCS) from ADS, PCU (Protective Combat Uniform) and SPEAR (Special Operations Forces Personal Equipment Advanced Requirements) clothing programs. Know what you are buying, shop smart and save a lot of money!

   Pros: 
+ These trousers and shirts are very light (varies with size, but under 9oz even for 2xl) and extremely comfortable. 
+ Excellent wicking feature and quick to dry. Perfect for working even when it is warm outside and even better when it is cool outside.
+ Microban technology provides excellent antimicrobial and anti-odor defense.

   Cons: 
- The good stuff is not cheap.
- It is still an underwear, so probably you might need to put something over it before going to Walmart.
