• Cake sizes displayed; (1) 8", (2) 10", (2) 12" & (1) 14". The use of waxed cardboard  rounds or drums beneath each cake is recommended. Cake rounds or drums should be at least 1 or 2 inches larger in diameter than pan sizes used to bake cakes.

• The above cake sizes will yield up to 210 medium servings less 10 servings if saving the 6" cake.
