We cannot accept returns of used, opened and non-defective products due to health concerns including batteries, pills, condoms, lubricants and toy cleaners. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We only accept returns of unopened, unused and items with manufacturing defects in its original (factory) packaging.

Unopened items (change of mind) are subject to 20% restocking fee and actual shipping cost on free shipping items.

Defective items will be replaced with the same product.
Please contact us for a RMA# which is required to facilitate in the return process or will be refused by our warehouse.

Postage on returns for both unopened and defective items is the responsibility of the customer. We will be responsible for the shipping on the replacement.
