All prices are final. No surcharge is required.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for these charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine how much these additional cost would be prior to bidding/buying.

Shiping

All items will be shipped to buyer's EBAY addresses, please confirm your address on EBAY before bidding/buying. If you would like to change the address, please send us an email before sending payment and leave a note at PayPal payment. Then, we will change it for you automatically.
Items are usually shipped within 2 business day upon receiving cleared payment.
We will notify you when your products are shipped.
US orders are sent via ePacket with tracking numbers. Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days. Other orders usually takes around 14-25 business days.
Daily volume variations, transport disruption, boom season and operating issues may cause a little delay. However, we keep a strong eye on the service updated by our shipping partner and will notify our customers in case of emergent situations. Items will be delivered within the specified period. (Please do not count Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays or postal work strikes, serious weather as business days)

Return

All items are eligible for 1 month warranty.
If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it within 14 days to get a replacement or refund. Buyers should be responsible for the cost of return shipping charge. Before sending the item back, please contact us.
If any goods received are visibly damaged or different to what was described, please email us within 48 hours upon its arrival. We are happy to arrange an exchange.
We will offer replacement or refund (base on different condition to issue partial or full refund) for all DEFECTIVE items (not including damage resulting from accidents/abuse/misuse/improper care). A photo is needed for our reference beforehand.
If your item doesn’t work properly, please report the problem to us via email within 14 days from the date of receiving. We will provide you the instructions of receiving a replacement or returning your item for a refund if the item is confirmed to be faulty.
All returned items should be sent in original package.
