Payment to be received max 7 days after purchase. Payment can be done cash on collection, by bankwire. In case of payment by paypal , please contact us upfront during auction runtime. Payment needs to be received in full before items will be dispatched
Shippings are by default including insurrance and online tracking. Buyer can arrange his own courier service if desired. Items are tested before they are profesionnally packaged/leave the premises. Items are shipped max 2-3 days after payment has been received.
Returns are accepted max 14 weekdays after receiving the purchased item. When not pleased, please contact us ASAP. In case of the (very) unlikely event that the item should arrive broken, we need to be notified asap ( within 1 working day after receiving the goods ). We KNOW you'll like your purchased item, but we're rock enough to offer any help needed in case of problems.
