Our goal has been to Specialize in the oddities most stores don't carry. We are family owned and have been part of the Gothic/Black Metal Underground community for almost 25 years. We have done our best to keep the items in our store consistant with our tastes in underground music and art. Hopefully, if we think something is dark and strange, you will too. Our main interest is Gothic Clothing and Accessories for Women and Men.

Besides Gothic, we also carry a vast array of many other styles like Black Metal, Punk, Deathrock, Industrial, Cyber, Rockabilly, Psychobilly, and more. Your business is greatly appreciated. We know without it, we would not have this opportunity.

Dysfunctional Doll was started in May of 2007 by Glenn lee alan Davis and his Wife - Xochitl. We started by selling Vintage Gothic Clothing on Ebay Auctions and moved into Bags and Purses while raising three kids in two bedroom apartment. We built the business from our bedroom, then took over the kitchen, the garage and eventually the whole apartment. Many years later we now have two warehouses, our own line of T-Shirts (Dark Matter Clothing), and design most of the products we carry. We are very thankful for all those who work for us, especially my brother Erik for overseeing the warehouse and his Artistic Knowledge and our trusted Tech Master and Artist - James Reid.

Your Order Will Ship Within 1-3 Business Days
Most items will be shipped from our warehouse out of Portland, OR. Orders received after 9:00AM, or those received over the weekend, or on a national holiday will be shipped the following business day. Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service and properly insured at no additional cost to customers.

When Will my Order Arrive?
Most orders shipped via Standard Ground will arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped via Expedited Shipping will arrive within 1-3 business days.

How do I Track my Order?
Customers will be notified that the USPS tracking number has been posted via an Order Status Update e-mail.

APO/FPO Shipping
We will gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses. Please contact us via email letting us know exactly what you intend to order. We can then reply with the exact cost for the USPS shipping charges.

International Shipping
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

Shipping rates to countries other than the US will vary. If an international package weighs over 4lbs, it must be sent Priority Mail.

International Orders are normally sent First Class International Mail through USPS. This includes a Customs ID# which is NOT an Official tracking number, although you will be able to see where the package is at various points in its delivery. Only Priority Mail includes a Customs ID# that can track the package from one country to another.

Any Postal Damage/Loss will be handled through our Insurance Company and a refund or exchange will be given once Claim clears. Because Customs differs from country to country an insurance claim can not be filed on a lost package until 45 days after and order has shipped. Customs will sometimes hold a package for inspection or duty fees. We have no control over this. It is your responsibility to make sure the item you are ordering is legal in your country.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any Customs/Duty Fees.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

Return Policy
Customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

All refunds go to the original payment method used. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window and the result of the return is caused by us. All items returned for reasons that are not our fault will incure a 15% restocking fee.

Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.

Items that have been opened/used, or items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable – this includes MAKE-UP. Please contact us for issues concerning these items.

Refunds are usually processed in 5-10 days after we receive your return.

All return items must be in original packaging and in NEW condition. Any returned items that smell (smoke, pets, B.O. etc.) will not be accepted for refund.
