Owned and loved for 10 years. Polished to death...Only ever seen rain once in my ownership and I was mortified. It was purchased with 15500 miles on it in 2007 and now only done 17081.

It has Nikon race pipes which give a superb crackle sound unlike the muted standard pipes but unlike some aftermarket ones still look good and not an afterthought..

Not currently mot'd. But putting it through one for a buyer is not a problem.. Last done in July 2015 . Ridden home and polished again..

The engine was rebuilt 3 years before I bought the bike and 3 years ago due to boredom over winter I decided to strip it. I need not have bothered as it was like new but I still replaced the rings etc seeing as I had bought some new old stock..

If I had a house big enough it would be in a glass cabinet.. Genuinely gutted to see it go but every spring I end up polishing every nut and bolt and it sits there until next spring.. Then the polishing starts again !!!

Really it would look good in a bike shop window but would rather an enthusiast have it..

Over the time I have owned it and out on it i was constantly asked if I would sell it and it always gathered onlookers to the point where I used to delay returning to it if people were stood round it for fear of having to repeat myself about it .

I have just had the tank cut open,vapour blasted,lined and painted (£500).

This bike needs nothing and would compliment any collection. I am only the 6th owner and considering it was born 25 years ago is surprisingly good for this type of bike..In fact finding one that has not been on a track is hard enough...

It has all original factory bodywork with one key fits all. Only selling it because I can't see myself using it how I would like to for fear of dumping it and ruining the original plastics.. Plus I am getting too old for it !
