TURBOCHARGER
TURBO SPEED - specializes in professional reconditioning of turbochargers for cars, trucks, lorries, heavy-duty machines and more. Garrett, KKK, Schwitzer, Holset, Mitsubishi, IHI, Hitachi, Toyota.
Delivered turbocharger is subjected to overall inspection, which is targeted for preliminary determining its technical state. On this stage we check the mechanic damages of the turbochargers and presence of oil inside compressor and turbine housings. Afterwards we check the shaft?s axial and radial clearance as well as work and steering of the pressure charge regulation system (wastegate or variable geometry system).
Injectors carry 1 (one) year warranty against remanufacturing defects. Warranty is limited to replacement cost only.
Proof of purchase must be present to verify and validate the warranty. Unit must be present for test and report. All units are tested to the manufacturer specification using test plan software on recommended test equipment.
Turbo Speed reserves the right to void warranty if:
- Unit have been installed incorrectly
- Unit is physically damaged
- Unit is found to be contaminated with additives, dirt, water or wrong fuel
- Car fault has been mis-diagnosed
- Unit have been found dismantled, or adjusted in any way
Units returned under warranty will be tested, stripped and inspected with microscopic camera before any decision will be made.
Installation
- Before installing new units make sure that primary fault is found and repaired
- Make sure that part number on remanufactured unit is the same as part number on removed unit. If the numbers don’t match, please check if it isn’t direct replacement. If not sure please contact Turbo Speed.
- For any vehicle manufacturer procedures please refer to vehicle manufacturer specifications.
- Units can be wet due to test fluid used. This is not a cause of concern.
- Please refer to manufacturers recommendation when fitting new units. In most cases it states that all high pressure pipes, seals and fittings are replaced as well. That’s include combustion chamber seal and injector seat is cleaned to ensure it seals correctly.
