Generally, given the nature of our products and the quality control processes we employ, we do not accepts returns, except as otherwise stated in the relevant Item Description.
If you receive an item that you believe to be non-functional on delivery, you must report your concerns to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Should our initial interim assessment of concerns indicate that the item needs to be returned to us for detailed assessment, we will authorize a return - the item must then be returned to us within 3 days in its original condition (undamaged, including the outer packaging).
Once the item is received by us - and provided the product meets our Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) or defective item criteria (as assessed in concert with our supplier), we will provide a replacement product. Should a replacement issue, this will be dispatched within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned item, assessment and our advice to you.
