Return Details:

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS.
You will need to call [phone removed by eBay] or email us to obtain a return authorization number.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.

We make every effort to provide an accurate description of the item with multiple pictures and if possible fitting model information and part numbers. We are not perfect, and sometimes we make a mistake. If we said in the description that an item would fit your bike and it does not, or if the condition of the item is not accurately disclosed, we will pay for the return shipping and issue a full refund along with our apologies. You will need to email a picture of your vehicle's VIN tag to verify the year and model of your vehicle if you are claiming that the part does not fit your vehicle.
If for any other reason you are unsatisfied with the item, you may still return it. In these situations, you will be responsible for the return shipping. Upon receipt of the item, in its complete sold condition, you will receive a refund minus a 20% re-stocking charge. The original shipping and handling charge is not refundable.
All return requests or reports of an order discrepancy must be made within five days of delivery.
New items must be un-used and in their original undamaged packaging in order to be eligible for return.
