UK Postage Costs & Terms - Please read carefully before bidding
Please remember that the totals for postage include the cost of packaging and a modest handling cost e.g. (expenses in getting to the post office). See Ebay Rules. This is included in the first postage charge, subsequent costs for items included in the same package are adjusted. Do not just take into account the price of the stamp when your item arrives. I post daily except for weekends and bank holidays. Items paid for after Friday lunchtime will be posted the following Monday. I will always combine postage costs, so please do not pay for your items immediately but request an amended invoice first. I can then adjust the postage total for you.

An International buyer purchased an item from me and then sent me a demanding email the following day for her money back. Apparently she had just decided that she did not now want the item. Had not even given it time enough to arrive. The thing is that I posted her order on the day that I received it, (within 1 business day) and have proof of postage from the post office. She opened a dispute with Paypal. This apparently is not enough to prevent Paypal doing a charge back, as I need a trackable postage service. Now I cannot sell outside of the UK without the buyer paying for International Airsure postage. Please see my terms of sale
As already mentioned in Shipping, International purchases with a combined value of £10.00 or more will need to pay for Airsure or International signed delivery. This is £4.90 for Airsure and £4.25 for International Signed For. You can verify these charges on the UK Post Office website. International buyers must agree to these terms before purchase. It would be unfair to buy from me and then give a low detailed seller rating for postage charges. The cost is not in my hands.
If you are not totally happy with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition withing 14 days for a refund minus 10% restocking fee and minus postage and packaging costs incurred. Buyer to pay for return postage. Please note that this is in accordance with Ebay policy.
We own three cats, or to be more precise they probably own us. I also have a husband and two grown up and married (thank goodness) sons. Honest they don't come second to my cats. We are all non-smokers, so anything that you buy from me will be smoke free. I like machine embroidery, patchwork and quilting, my computer, collecting china, my cats and my family (not necessarily in that order).
I consider myself to be an honest person so I you have any complaints about my products please get in touch via email before leaving negative feedback, and then we can hopefully resolve the matter. Most problems can be resolved. I do err I am only human!!!
