All batteries are used and tested to hold at least 90% of its original charge, unless specified different in listing description.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes. We will automatically combine all your orders made the same day.
Can you ship this item using my UPS, FEDEX acct.?
No. Unfortunately, we can only ship via the service offered on each listing.
Is the CPU core glass clean without permanent stains, scratches or chipping?
Yes. Every CPU is proffessionally tested and cleaned to guarantee its perfect functionality, unless specified otherwise in the listing.
Can you downgrade my shipping method to save money?
No. If any service is not offered it means that we do not ship via that method.
The tracking number does not show any location? Where's my package?
On rare occasions, USPS first class mail packages will not be scanned until they are delivered. In some cases, it could appear as if your package has not yet been shipped, but please be patient, your package is on its way. Every order is shipped out the very next business day.

In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

Item must be returned with proper RMA. A replacement will be provided upon receipt and inspection. If replacement not available, a full refund will be granted.
