In Store Pick Up:  Athough we do offer and encourage local pick up on most items, local pick up must be Pre-approved online and Pre-Paid using PAYPAL.  A handling charge will be applied.  Handling charges are shipping less 20%

General Purchases:  To ensure a correct and expedited shipment please include sufficient information required to complete the transaction.  For example, when ordering floor mats please include color request upon EBAY checkout (unless specifically stated in the item description).  When ordering Splash Guards, Chin Spoilers, Rear Deck Spoilers, Door Lock Deletes and any Pre-Painted items please include VIN# upon checkout.  If VIN# is not available please include Sport / Non-Sport option, color code or any related information.  If VIN# is not given we may follow up with a request for VIN#, color option, manufacturing date, sport / non-sport option, etc. and your shipment may be delayed.  Sometimes our messages end up in Junk or Spam folder so we recommend checking them occassionally until you receive your item.

Special Order Items:  Some EBAY orders may fall between our regular stock orders.  This can cause a slight delay and we will do our best to inform you.  Unfortunately, we can not keep everything in our inventory and our QOH (Quantity on Hand) is ever-changing.  A special order item may be located at numerous distribution centers from Sacramento to New York and average 3-5 business days to arrive here (the majority of color matched items are special order items).  INFINTI USA does not offer a customer drop ship option and it MUST arrive at our location prior to shipment to you.  Due to the unfortunate tragedy that has recently occured in Japan, overseas orders may be greatly delayed or even cancelled.  We do our best to be up front, realistic, and informative about shipping times and cancellations so please check your Junk or Spam folders occassionally.  

Parts not listed on EBAY:  Being a dealership we are able to get most anything OEM for your INFINITI.  Please include your VIN#.  Feel free to include any pictures to better describe the part your are inquiring about Combined shipment discounts:  The combined shipment discount is 25% off total shipping charges and can be adjusted by requesting an invoice upon checkout.  We offer a shipping discount up to 3 days after your first order.   

U.S. (Lower 48) Shipping and Tracking:  97% of our shipping is done using FEDEX 2 Day Express.  FEDEX Ground may be used for heavy items such as springs and sway bars.  USPS is used rarely and only on an as needed basis at our discretion.  A tracking number will be sent using EBAY mostly and FEDEX occassionally. 

INTERNATIONAL shipping:  Please contact us and include the item # (s) you are inquiring about.   

Returns:  Correctly shipped items MUST be returned uninstalled and unused, in original packaging and pre-approved within 3 business days of delivery.  Shipping is not reimbursed for correctly shipped orders or cancelled orders that have already shipped.  All mentioned returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Incorrectly shipped items due to our error must be brought to our attention within 3 business days of delivery.  A FedEx return label will be sent to your Email address along with instructions.  After inspection, incorrectly shipped items will be credited in full and shipping shall be reimbursed.  To ensure a speedy credit, please include any relevant information regarding purchase.  We will do our best to issue any credits within 24 hours of our receipt. 

Electrical items:  Electrical items are NON-REFUNDABLE.  We do not offer electrical items for testing purposes so PLEASE make sure you have properly diagnosed before you order.  It's difficult to convince someone an electrical item is new and unused when the package is opened, dirty, or has contact marks on the electrical terminals.
