Delivery Times

• Your order will typically be dispatched within 5 days of your order being placed and payment being received.

Terms & Conditions

• We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious.

• We ship our goods using Toll Priority for Australian deliveries.

• At present we will only ship to Australian addresses.

• Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please contact us as soon as possible.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Returns & Refunds

We will refund or offer an exchange when an item is not as described or does not fit the description given. We do not exchange or refund if you change your mind or decide that you do not require the item. All refunds are for the product only excluding shipping. To obtain a refund the item must be in new condition (unused with original packaging and box intact). Please contact us and quote your Name, Reference Number and Reason for Return. Any return courier or postage charges are at your own expense .We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We have a factory outlet located at 355 Warrigal Rd, Cheltenham, in Melbourne, which is open to the public. We see families come in to us daily, filling their trolleys amazed at how cheap our products are. We want to be able to provide the same service to everyone, no matter where you live within Australia.

We understand that food is a necessity, and we understand that the little extras you may want to buy, to treat your kids or loved ones may not always be affordable. Why so cheap?

Supply Warehouse buy large parcels of residual (over) stock from the major producers of food and grocery products, and on sell them to the discount retail market. So basically, we supply the bargain stores with their bargains! Due to the fact that we buy large volumes at heavily discounted prices, direct from the manufacturers, we are able to pass on these super savings to our customers.

Our suppliers clear their grocery, health & beauty, and cleaning products for many different reasons. These may include: deleted lines (the major supermarkets have decided to no longer stock that particular product), change of packaging, or our suppliers may simply have too much of it, and need to sell it through.

Supply Warehouse, primarily being a wholesale business, has recently opened its first direct-to-public factory outlet retail store, located at 355 Warrigal Rd, Cheltenham, in Melbourne. We have watched, with great enjoyment, our customers come in, and marvel at how cheap our products are. This is proven by the fact that they keep coming back! We decided that no one, around Australia should miss out on the great opportunities that Supply Warehouse offers the public, to save big $$$ on their grocery bills, and so our eBay store was born!

While postage will add to the cost of your bill, we will be keeping this cost down as much as we can. We are working closely with Australia Post to deliver our incredible bargains, directly to your door, without paying too much for delivery.
