Shipping Policy
- Orders will be shipped by air mail letter with tracking number
- For US buyers- most times you will receive your order within 15-25 business days after we transfer your package to China Post. It will be delivered by USPS when it arrives in US. - For Non-US buyers- Most times you will receive your order within 25-35 business days after we transfer your package to HK Post. We cannot guarantee the delivery time frame if the post office has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs, or other conditions. Some countries like Russia, Brazil, or some European countries may take up to 30 business days or longer for delivery.
- For bulk orders we can also arrange to make the goods available at our warehouse for your own forwarder to collect,or we can offer good freight rates for bulk air shipment or sea freight
- The goods are delivered by the courier's local services Customs Clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier.They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment
- In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, we will assist as much as possible

Returns and Warranty
- A Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA#) is required for all return packages. Packages without RMA # will not be handled.

- If the package damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return to us.Then contact us promptly.
