Our phones do not come with the manual or any other accessories unless specifically stated in the item description. All our mobile phones include a 90 day warranty (excluding physical / water damage). Refurbished: These mobile phones have been inspected, rigorously tested, new cases fitted and refurbished to the highest standard. Cosmetically this enhances them to a renewed standard. Batteries will not be new. The device will be thoroughly cleaned, tested and reset.

Grade A –These pre-owned phones are in good overall condition. The screen and device may have very minor signs associated with light usage. The front and rear housing, battery cover and keypad will be in good condition. Batteries will not be new. The device will be thoroughly cleaned, tested and reset.

Grade B – These pre-owned phones are in average condition. The front and rear housing, battery cover and keypad will be in reasonable condition. The screen and device may have some signs of wear and tear associated with normal/heavy usage. The device will be thoroughly cleaned, tested and reset.

Grade C – These pre-owned phones are in average/poor condition. The front and rear housing, battery cover and keypad may include scratches, blemishes and be cosmetically in poorer condition compared to a Grade B. This does not affect the functionality, ensuring that the phone will be in full working order.The device will be thoroughly cleaned, tested and reset.
