    We do not allow the buyer to arrange their own shipping. Shipment must be arranged through us and will be prepaid to us by the buyer.
    The buyer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, broker fees, etc that are incurred. We do not know what these fees are and have no way to calculate them. You will need to speak to your local customs office if you have questions about these fees.

    All UPS Standard to Canada shipments incur UPS brokerage fees. Some items shipped UPS Expedited/Express receive free brokerage services. We strongly recommend the buyer contact UPS to find what the fees are prior to purchase.

    We will not mark items as gifts. We mark the item price as the declared value.
    This item is guaranteed to be as described. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if there is a problem.

    Returns for any reason other than defects not described incur a 15% restocking fee. If an item is returned defective but tests fine we will refund the item price minus a 15% restocking fee.
