RETURNS / REFUNDS

Return / Refund items must be shipped back in the same condition it was received with all original packaging and accessories. After item has been received and inspected,we will proceed with the refund within 5 business days. All refunds will be processed back into the original payment received.

In the event that no mistake was made on our end but buyer wishes to make a return (item does not fit, ordered wrong size,.....etc) a full refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping. However, if an error has been made on our part, a full refund will be issued.

Q: Do you sell authentic products?
A: We guarantee the authenticity of all our items. If you are unsatisfied in any manner, we do offer a 14 day return policy so there is no risk.

Q: Do you have other colors or sizes?
A: All of our inventory is listed online. Please use the search function for our store to easily navigate and find other products that we carry.

Q: Can you measure the insole/width/length of the shoe?
A: We are sorry but we cannot accommodate your request as our warehouse and offices are in separate locations.

Q: Can you change my shipping address to... ?
A: We are sorry but it is against eBay and PayPal rules to ship to any address besides the one on record. It is in both parties' interest to be protected from lost, stolen or damaged goods by only shipping to the confirmed address. The only option if you want it shipped to a different address is to refund your order and have you purchase the item again.

Q: Can I pick up my item?
A: Sorry but we do not allow local pick-up.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Return instructions and address will be included in your package. Item must be returned in the exact condition it was received with all accessories and tags. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if shoes or items are not mailed back in a separate mailing box. Once item has been received and inspected, we will proceed with buyer's request. Buyer pays for return shipping.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A: Unfortunately we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Q: How do I exchange my item?
A: Because our inventory is always changing, we will be unable to process exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or completely different product, please return current item(s) for a refund and place a new order online for the new merchandise.

How long will my return take to process?
A: Please allow up to 5 business days from our receipt of the item for processing. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be returned to you by the original method of payment chosen for the order. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Q: Can you mark my international order as a gift with low value?
A: No, sorry but all items are marked as "SOLD" with the actual purchase price. There are no exceptions to this policy as this is Federal Law. Please check your local Customs for actual duties tax.
