- Domestic Shipments: via UPS(we will choose which method is used for your package).
- Buyers outside the USA, Alaska or Hawaii e-mail for shipping price.
- We do combine shipping on some items.
- After your item ships, you will receive an email with the details of your order and a tracking number.
- All items are insured up to $100, and most items ship within two business days of your payment clearing our account.
- We cannot be responsible for anything that arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged item, especially when the box is visually damaged, please make sure you document this and call the shipper immediately to start the claim process. Keep all packaging, packing materials, and everything that was in the box. Do not throw these things away. You must also contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package or we cannot process the claim.
