A fantastic 1950s, possibly earlier, plastic RODDY doll, in its original box. On the box it says "A PLASTIC DOLL WITH SLEEPING EYES AND MOVABLE LIMBS" "LIGHT AND WASHABLE LIFELIKE AND LOVABLE" ''BRITISH MADE". The doll is 18cm / 7" tall and printed on its back is "Roddy 7 Made in England Patent Pending" Its arms and legs do move and its eyes do open and close. As you can see from the photos - the arms are quite loose in the sockets. The box measures 18.5 by 7.5cm.
