Return Policy-14 calendar days - Please read - No exceptions: We will accept items for refund or exchange within 14 calendar days from day the package was received by buyer. Buyer must contact us by email through Ebay within 5 days of receiving item to request an RMA# (return authorization number) which must be written on all return packages. All items must be in original packaging & in perfect condition as when shipped to you-with tags attached. Clothing cannot be returned worn, soiled, damaged, or with deodorant stains, perfume, cigarette or pet odors. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping item back to seller at their own expense. Packages we shipped Priority or Express should be returned by same method. When the item is received back, it will be carefully inspected before a refund can be issued. If the item is damaged in any way-the refund will be refused-you will be contacted and given the option of paying for it's return shipping to you. If the item was purchased with "free shipping" our cost to ship to you will be deducted from the refund along with our restocking fee. Please note that "free shipping" fees are factored into the profit margin of the item & we will have paid the carrier to deliver your package & therefore expect to be reimbursed. Items returned for a refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns for exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee + buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the exchange item to them. NO EXCEPTIONS can be made to our terms for returns.
