The lights have been unused and stored in the dry for the last 30 years approximately.  The reflector in one light is worn in one area and there is also a spidery effect to areas of the reflector in the same light which would benefit from re-silvering.  The cases are unmarked although the chrome is a little thin in a few areas and there is a small amount of surface rust on the stems to both.  The glasses are in good condition and the fixing bolts turn freely on the protruding fixing bolt, one of the fixing bolts to the clamping ring is not original an would benefit from replacing.  The lamps do not have bulbs and have not been tested but there is no reason why they should not work as all the fittings inside of the case are complete.  These lamps often known as "flamethrowers" were a very popular accessory in the 50's and 60's.
