Several factors can make colors in photos look different than in person. We make every effort to show and describe color and other details as accurately as possible. We cannot be responsible for differences in opinions on color names. We photograph one sample of each color/ style. Slight variation from piece to piece is normal for most brands, and is not to be considered an inaccurate color or other appearance.

We take measurements of a sample of each size to the best of our ability. Sizes vary from brand to brand, and even from style to style and piece to piece within brands. We list according to the size on the tag only, and are not responsible for variation in sizing. Please ask for measurements prior to purchase if you need them and they are missing from our listing description! If you do not understand how we've measured something, contact us prior to buying. We clip our clothing to our mannequins when photographing to best illustrate how the item looks when tried on, but please understand that every body is different, and so the item may not look the same on you as it does in our photos. This is especially true with larger sizes, where it is hard for us to show where the pockets will hit on the front and backside.

We're happy to take measurements, so please ask us! We want our clothing items to look great on you and we do our best to make accurate measurements, but they are approximate. Please note that we measure without pulling fabric, with the exception of elastic items where we give a range. In our opinion, the best way to ensure the best fit possible is to compare measurements with an existing piece of your wardrobe that fits you well. Just lay it flat on a table and measure like we do to compare.

Payment is expected within 3 days. We usually ship the next business day after receipt of cleared payment. If you pay with a check, including electronic check through PayPal, we will not ship until the payment has cleared. If you need more time, please let us know when you'll pay. Otherwise, an unpaid item case will be opened at that time so that we can get our final value fee refunded by eBay.

We do accept returns, but YOU will be responsible for ALL shipping costs (including what WE PAY for shipping if you buy an item with free shipping). Please contact us prior to returning the item, and include your item number, name, etc. with the return. It must be returned in the exact condition it left us (including tags on "NWT" items).
