• We will only accept PayPal  and ship to your PayPal shipping address. This restriction is made to  prevent fraudulent chargebacks.

Terms of Shipment:

• Shipping and handling to the  contiguous 48 U.S. states is FREE and includes insurance. Local pick-ups are not allowed at this time.

• This item will ship within 2  business days (Mon.-Fri.) of when your payment has cleared.

• If you pay by eCheck through  PayPal, we will not ship your item until PayPal has informed us that  your payment has cleared. We will NOT make any exceptions.

• We will ship only to the 50  U.S. States. Shipments to Alaska,Hawaii, APO/FPO, and US Territories  will require an additional shipping charge of $20.00 due to the method  we have to use to securely ship these systems. We will not ship  internationally, this includes Canada. Sorry, for the time being there  are no exceptions.

• We will provide a notice  when your item has shipped with tracking numbers.

• PayPal requires that all  shipments be signed for at the time of delivery, therefore we ship  signature required. We usually ship via FedEx Ground/Home and you can  make alternate arrangements with them once you have the tracking number  if someone will not be available to sign for the package. Warranty & Returns:                                                                                                                                                                             These systems are Lenovo Factory Refurbished units and carry a Lenovo depot warranty until 4-18-2013! A copy of our original purchase receipt from Lenovo will be included for warranty purposes. We offer a 14-day DOA (Dead On Arrival) return period on these items.  For an item to be considered DOA, it must not be functioning correctly as the manufacturer intended.   For refurbished and scratch and dent items, minor cosmetic blemishes  (scuffs, scratches, dents, etc.) do not qualify for a DOA return.   Before returning an item, you must first contact us to obtain an RMA  (return merchandise authorization) number.  You must contact us within 14 days of your receipt  of the item or the return will be denied.  After 14 days, you MUST contact the manufacturer   for any issues with the product.  We may ask you to explain the problem over the phone    before authorizing the return.  This allows us to troubleshoot the problem and avoid    returns for items that are not actually DOA.  If we approve the return and give you an    RMA number, we will also provide a pre-paid return shipping label so you do not have to pay    for shipping.  Once we have received the returned item and verified that it has not been    physically damaged by you or the shipping company, we will fully refund your original purchase    price or, if we have available stock, you may choose an exchange for another of the same item. If your system is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours and we will  file a claim with the shipping company.  No refunds will be given until the shipping company has  decided the claim. Also, we do not have a price matching policy.  The price you win the item for on eBay is  the price you agree to pay.  We will not price match to a lower price.
