We are happy to provide additional photographs for you. When making a request for additional photographs, please tell us any specific aspects of the article that you would like to see and provide your email address since EBay’s messaging system does not cater for ‘attachment’.
Please ask questions or request photographs in good time thereby allowing time for us to be able to give you adequate responses, particularly if the article you are interested in is listed in the auctions and in any event, please ask all questions prior to purchasing – thank you!
2 DISCOUNTS.
Please contact us before purchasing multiple items to receive a quote otherwise the listed postage rate will apply.
3 PAYMENTS
We prefer payments through Paypal. All invoices to be cleared within 7 days of purchase.
4 POST & PACKING CHARGES We have to charge our post and packing costs on ALL of our items irrespective of the listing category since these do not come free to us. The following is not a finite list but post & packing charges include a combination of any or all of the following: Royal Mail postal charges, box and/or other protective wrapping materials, cellotapes, printer inks, brown wrapping paper, plain white paper, acid free tissue papers, padded envelopes and petrol/travel to post.

5 DISPATCH OF GOODS
We do not send out individual notices of dispatch since we concentrate on dispatching your goods quickly however, you are welcome to make enquiries should you feel the need to. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of cleared payment and, where possible, by Royal Mail 1st class post.
We do not do collection in person!
6 PROBLEMS AND RETURNS POLICY We try our best to describe items as accurately as we can and we hope to give you as much information as we can to assist you in making your decision on a prospective purchase(s) but we do not claim to be experts. We are ‘human’ and from time to time and irrespective how much care we take problems may sometimes arise. If you are unfortunate enough to experience a problem with your purchase please contact us first and give us the opportunity to resolve the problem if we can.
As we have made every effort to give as much detail as we can about our listed items, returns are only accepted for genuine reasons or at our sole discretion and in any event, postage and packing charges will not be refunded (this includes return postage). Insurance for articles in transit is optional however there will be an additional charge made for this service. Terms of insurance are subject to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions. Please ask for an insurance quote at any time up to but before making payment for your article(s). We are unable to make refunds for articles damaged in transit unless you have opted and paid for insurance in transit.
