Description:	A beautiful, Japanese, lustre ware, hand painted porcelain set comprising of egg cup and matching miniature salt and pepper pots.  The hand painted decoration on the egg cup depicts pink and blue blossom with a pink and green bird perched on a branch against a white ground with a band of pale green lustre finish around the upper rim.  The little salt and pepper pots have a single blue blossom (as seen on the egg cup) but the pink blossom is only in bud and are against a cream lustre ground with the same broad band of pale green lustre running around the upper section of the pots where the holes for salt and pepper are situated.
Markings:	In red capitol lettering "FOREIGN" to the bases of each.
Condition:	All are in very good condition but the pepper pot has lost its little cork (which can easily be replaced).
Age:	Circa 1920/30s
Size:	Egg Cup measures approximately 6 cms (just under 2.5 inches) in height with a diameter of approximately 4.5 cms (1.75 inches). Salt & Pepper Pots measure approximately 4.5 cms (1.75 inches) in height with a diameter of approximately 3 cms (1.25 inches) at the fullest point of the vessels.
