| Warranty and Return Policy |
All phones we are selling came with 1 year warranty, but there are several different cases:
We will not responsible for all the shipping cost to ship the phone back to us.
If the phone was damaged by the user misuse that can't be covered by the manufacturer's warranty like broken screen or other broken parts, we will charge the repair cost and the shipping fee to ship the phone back.
If the problem wasn't caused by the user misuse,
1) The phone need to be repaired in 7 days after delivery, we will replace the phone to a new one and we will responsible for the shipping fee to ship it back.
2) The phone need to be repaired in 3 months after delivery, we will repair the phone and we will responsible for the shipping fee to ship it back.
3) The phone need to be repaired in 3-12 months after delivery, we will repair the phone, but the buyer must pay the shipping fee to ship it back.We don't accept the return item which have any obvious scratch on phone housing or screen or any other part of the item.
Physical, Water and Heat damage will void the warranty for this product:
Physical damage:collision,dropping to the ground, damage with sharp object in any part of this item, use or store in dusty/dirty area.
Water damage: submersing into the water, exposure to moisture or dampness
Heat damage: high temperature circumstance, for example: near fire for long time will result in the battery overheat problem.
