ORCA: Beuatiful Rare Old Vistite Jasper Rough Chunk 2 Pounds, Oregon




 Dug over 30 years ago in the Ochoco's of central Oregon not to far from Walton Lake. The Vistaite beds are pretty much dug out today. This material is aluvial and if you were lucky when you were digging you got a piece or two if not you would go home empty handed. This is an extremely hard jasper and it takes a glass finish. A larger  rough chunk with all the classic blue green coloring, Weight is 2 pounds. The dark showing on the sides is just a surface stain.  Pictures taken wet  Good luck bidding.
