We use Interlink Next Day delivery with a 1 Hour Time slot. To
ensure an efficient delivery, postal codes & mobile numbers

Larger items will be delivered via our courier.

Returns Policy
At Textile Warehouse we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and understand there may be times where you wish to return your items hassle free.
You can return your item within 28 days providing that it is in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and within the all of its original packaging.
In the unlikely event that the item reaches you in a faulty condition, we will work with you to resolve any issues. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
From the 1st November 2014 to the 31st December 2014 we have an extended Christmas Returns Policy. Any items purchased within this period can be returned to us until the 31st January 2015.
All items can be returned free of charge.
Simply contact our Customer Service Team either via email sales@textilewarehouse.co.uk , telephone 01423 357 580 (between 8:30 am & 5pm Monday to Friday) or Ebay message system and we’ll be happy to help.
Once your item is received and checked ensuring it meets our required criteria we will then endeavour to refund the payment to the account from which it was debited from within 7-10 working days.
