Axel came into the Guardian studio with Julia Donaldson to talk about A Squash and Squeeze, the first picture book the famous duo worked on together (to be followed by The Gruffalo, The Snail and the Whale, Room on the Broom and many other much-loved children's classics).

While they chatted about their books, Axel recreated the cover of A Squash and Squeeze live on camera in the studio.
