• We offer a 30 Day Warranty - Unless stated otherwise in the auction's detailed description we offer 30 Day Warranty from when you receive your purchase.
• We will determine whether we are going to repair, replace, or refund the purchase on all products returned for warranty work.
• Buyers inside the United States (Domestic Customers) pay for the cost of shipping back to us on all items being returned for warranty / repair work ? We will pay the cost of shipping back to you within the 1st 14 days after the 1st 14 days the buyer is responsible to pay for all return shipping back to them.
• Buyers outside the United States (International Customers) pay for the cost of shipping back to us on all items being returned for warranty / repair work and are responsible to pay the cost of shipping the item back to the buyer. All initial and return shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• When the item is shipping by UPS Ground then we only ship to the Contiguous 48 States. This Excludes: Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box or any other place that UPS Ground does NOT deliver to.
• We reserve the right to change shipping carriers at any time.
• We do not ship PCs, Laptops, Servers, Workstations, etc. to US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box or any other place that UPS Ground does NOT deliver to.
• You will be emailed a tracking number to your email address listed with eBay at the time of your purchase and the tracking number will be placed in your eBay transaction record when we ship.
• UPS Ground does not deliver to US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box
• WE DO NOT Provide Blind or Drop Shipping.
   

International Customers:
 

• All International orders will ship by eBay's Global Shipping Program if it is offered.
• If your country is not approved for eBay?s Global Shipping Program we cannot ship to you.
• You will be emailed a tracking number and the tracking number will be placed in your eBay transaction record when we ship to eBay's Global Shipping Site.
• eBay processes all your paperwork for customs if you wish to request a lower value for customs contact eBay because we do not process the paperwork.
• We will not lower Invoice price for customs. Please don?t ask us. Ask eBay if they will do it for you. See Above.
• eBay will upload your international tracking number when they ship from the Global Shipping center to you.
