2. Enter your 25-digital product key when prompted.

3. Sign in or create a Microsoft account.

4. Select your preferred country and language.

5. From your "My Account" page with Microsoft, select the item that you want to install.

6. Click the "Install" button to begin your download.

If you are having trouble installing, it may be likely that your computer is missing a setting/component from the system requirements. Please make sure your computer is compatible. If you contact the Manufacturer's Technical Support, they should be able to assist you. 

If there is a defect with the product, please contact the Manufacturer. In such cases that you cannot install the software after contacting Manufacturer's technical support, you MUST obtain a screenshot (or proof equivalent) of the error message(s). You must write a statement: "Under penalty of law, that you guarantee you did not install or activate the software." 

When returning, please contact us beforehand to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns without an RMA number will be refused.

  1. If the item is unopened and in original condition, then we can accept a return. You have 14 days from the date of purchase, to notify and ship back to us. If within allotted, no restocking fee!
  2. Defective items will be refunded or replaced after confirming the item's serial number with the one we have on record. We are aware of and want to avoid fraud.
