We welcome returns and aim to issue all refunds within 24hrs of receipt.

For Returns for Refund:
Simply package your item, make a note on the packing slip that you would like a refund and return it to us.

To ensure we are able to refund you promptly, please ensure your package contains:
• the item(s) you purchased that you wish to return in unworn condition, with original labels attached.
• your original delivery note clearly stating your eBay username and which item(s) you are returning.

Please note:
1. Return postage costs are at your expense unless the goods are found to be faulty.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged and obtain a proof of posting. We are unable to accept any responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in the post.

For Returns for Exchange:

There are 2 options for exhanges:

1. Place a new order with us and return the original item for a full refund (including original postage costs, but excluding the return postage costs) - This is the quickest method.
2. If you prefer to return the item first - please include payment for £2.50 with your returned package to cover the postage costs. 

We will then send out the exhange on receipt of your return.
In this case - to ensure your exchange is sent our promplty, please ensure your package contains:

• the item(s) you purchased that you wish to exchange (in unworn condition, with original labels attached).
• your original delivery note clearly stating your full name / order number and which item(s) you would like to exchange.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item - please contact us immediately on receipt on 028 2766 4061.
